International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside of USA. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team at support@pilatify.store. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
